BioSignal Workstation is a research and educational tool only. It is NOT a medical device.

This tool is not intended for the diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. All analysis results are for research, testing, or educational purposes only. Never rely on this application for clinical decision-making.

While we strive for high precision in our DSP (Digital Signal Processing) filters and statistical calculations, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or reliability of the analysis results. You use this tool at your own risk.

In no event shall the authors or developers be liable for any claims, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Application or the use of the Application.

5. Permitted Use

You are free to use this tool for academic research, engineering tests, and personal projects. You may export and share analysis reports for these purposes. Redistribution or commercial integration of the core source code requires proper attribution to the author.
